    These Terms are an agreement between you and Lomodogs Dot Nigeria Limited ("ArtistrySynk", "we", "us"), the operator of https://artistrysynk.app and the ArtistrySynk mobile applications.

    1. What ArtistrySynk is

    ArtistrySynk is a creative networking and collaboration platform. Creatives of many kinds — musicians, producers, photographers, filmmakers, designers, developers, gamers, fashion creatives, barbers, writers, artists, content creators and others — create a profile, showcase work, discover other creatives, connect, message and collaborate on projects.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may suspend or remove accounts where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

    3. Your account

    You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. Keep your password confidential. Tell us immediately at support@artistrysynk.app if you believe your account has been compromised. You can review and revoke active sessions on other devices in Settings.

    4. Your content and ownership

    You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. Uploading work to ArtistrySynk does not transfer ownership to us.

    To operate the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, encode and display your content only as necessary to provide the service — for example showing your portfolio on your profile, generating previews and thumbnails, showing your profile in discovery and search where your privacy settings allow, and delivering your messages to the people you send them to. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we are required to retain as described in the Account Deletion Policy.

    We do not use your private messages or your private creative work to train external AI models.

    5. Acceptable behaviour

    You must follow our Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no harassment, hate, threats, scams, impersonation, spam, sexual content involving minors, malware, or infringing other people's work.

    6. Collaboration, projects and marketplace

    ArtistrySynk helps creatives find each other. Agreements you make with other users — collaborations, paid services, jobs, credits, deliverables — are between you and them. We are not a party to those agreements, we do not act as an employer or agent, and we do not guarantee the conduct, quality, identity or output of any user.

    7. Paid plans

    Some features require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals and refunds are described in the Subscription & Refund Policy.

    8. Moderation and enforcement

    We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law are breached. Our Content Moderation & Reporting Policy explains how reports are reviewed and how you can appeal a decision.

    9. Service availability

    We work to keep ArtistrySynk available and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, add or remove features.

    10. Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from your use of ArtistrySynk, or for the acts or omissions of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

    11. Ending the agreement

    You may stop using ArtistrySynk and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end your access where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or where continuing would create a safety or security risk.

    12. Changes to these Terms

    We publish every version of these Terms with a version number and effective date, and keep previous versions available. Where a change is material we will ask you to review and accept the updated version.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to protections you have under the law of your country of residence.
