    Content Moderation & Reporting Policy

    Effective date: 9 August 2026

    What you can report

Profiles, users, messages, portfolio items, feed posts, comments and project files. Report categories include harassment, spam, scams and fraud, impersonation, copyright infringement, hate or abuse, sexual content, child safety, threats, malware and security issues, and "other".

You can add a description and supporting evidence.

    What happens after you report

    1. Queued — the report enters the Trust & Safety queue.
    2. Risk classification — child safety, threats, security and fraud reports are prioritised.
    3. Human review — a reviewer looks at the content, the report, and the account's history.
    4. Decision and action — one of: no action, warning, content removal, content restriction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, feature restriction, verification requirement, or escalation.
    5. Notification — the affected user is told what was decided, unless telling them would create a safety or legal risk.
    6. Appeal — the affected user can appeal.

    Automatic protection

Content reported independently by three or more users may be hidden while it awaits review. Hiding is not a finding of wrongdoing; content is restored if the reports are not substantiated.

    Reporter privacy

We do not tell the reported user who reported them. Reporter identity is restricted to Trust & Safety staff who need it.

    Appeals

Submit an appeal from the notification or through Help & Support → Appeal moderation. Include why you believe the decision was wrong and any supporting information. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original decision maker wherever staffing allows. You will be told the outcome.

    Accountability

Every moderation decision records who decided it, what changed, when and why. These records are kept in a protected audit log and cannot be quietly edited.
