    This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the ArtistrySynk platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

    Permitted use

    • Creating one genuine account for yourself, or an authorised account for an organisation you represent.
    • Showcasing work you own or are permitted to share.
    • Discovering, connecting with and messaging creatives within the platform's features.
    • Collaborating in project rooms, posting and applying to opportunities, offering or buying services.
    • Using the public API with your own API key, within the documented rate limits.

    Prohibited use

    • Automated access — scraping, crawling, harvesting profiles or media, or using bots to swipe, message or post, except through our documented API.
    • Circumvention — evading a block, mute, suspension or ban; creating replacement accounts after enforcement.
    • Security interference — probing, penetration testing without written permission, denial of service, exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing rate limits or authentication.
    • Reverse engineering the service except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded.
    • Misuse of other users' data — collecting, storing, publishing or reselling information about ArtistrySynk users outside the platform's intended features.
    • Unlawful content or activity, including fraud, money laundering, trafficking, and infringement of others' rights.
    • Misrepresentation — false credentials, fake credits, fake reviews, fabricated collaboration history.
    • Interfering with moderation — filing knowingly false reports or copyright claims, or retaliating against someone who reported you.

    Rate limits and fair use

    We apply rate limits to sign-ins, messaging, reporting, support submissions and API access. Repeated attempts to exceed them may result in temporary restriction.

    Enforcement

    Breaches may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension, permanent ban, and where appropriate referral to law enforcement.
